What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions, excluding damaged/broken springs, in any EM Design or ProShaker® product purchased from authorized channels (i.e., from authorized U.S. distributors, the PROShaker.com website or the EM Design storefront on Amazon.com and ebay.com). Units purchased from third party resellers do not qualify for warranty. The original sales receipt is required for all purchases.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
The limited warranty on any ProShaker® model lasts for 180 days (approximately 6 months) from the date of purchase. The warranty on the All Gels Curing Lamp lasts 1 year from the date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
What Will EM Design Do?
If the unit is covered under warranty per the terms, EM Design will replace any defective or malfunctioning part at no charge to the customer.
Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and EM Design will not assume liability for packages damaged during transit. EM Design may, at its discretion, offer to pay for freight for in-warranty repairs and will not pay for shipping, duties or taxes for out-of-warranty repairs, international addresses and customers outside of the continental United States (including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii).
What Does This Warranty NOT Cover?
Any problem caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. We do not cover defects resulting from improper use.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty, you must contact EM Design via email at info@emdesign.us, from our website at www.emdesign.us or by telephone at 888-851-7891 between the date of purchase and the last day of the warranty based on the term specified in this document.
What Happens If The Product Is Out Of Warranty?
For product issues that occur after the warranty expires or that are not covered by warranty, please contact us to receive a quote for the repair. For customers within the continental U.S., the cost of the repair includes parts, labour, 90 day service warranty, and shipping. Outside of the continental U.S., you will be asked to ship the unit at your expense along with a pre-paid return label to:

We will inspect and service your PROShaker® within 72 hours of receipt.
If you wish to perform repairs elsewhere or on your own, replacement parts are available for purchase through our customer service department and our website.
How Does State Law Apply?
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
